DOE. Part-time, non-exempt without benefits. Hours are 11:00pm to 7:00am, work shifts are every other Friday, Saturday, including holidays if they fall during the scheduled weekend. Additional hours are often available. Flexibility is required.
Primary responsibilities include assisting team members with overall operations of
shelter facility and responsible for the direct care, behavior management and supervision to shelter
residents, ages 5-17. This includes; monitoring personal hygiene, health, medication
administration, bedtime preparation and wake up, client intakes and discharges, meal preparation,
perform primary maintenance duties and upkeep of physical plant, attend case management
AA degree in human services, child development, elementary/secondary education or related field preferred.
At least 1 year’s experience working with youth in a residential, therapeutic, group or classroom
setting. Must have experience working with youth with a variety of emotional, personal or social
concerns. Knowledge of the Native American culture, values, and family systems preferred.
Applicants required to be 21 years of age per DHS Licensure.
