BEVERLEY A. BENJAMIN YOUTH LODGE CASE MANAGER
Beverley A. Benjamin Youth Lodge is a transitional living program available to youth ages 16 – 21 who have no safe place to live. We provide a culturally supportive and safe environment for youth to develop independent living skills and strengthen their community and cultural connections. Youth must attend school or look for employment in order to be eligible.
SALARY: DOE. Full-time position with benefits. Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift. Some weekend/overnight/holiday shifts. Flexibility required.
SUMMARY: Case Manager will provide support to Youth Lodge residents in tandem with the guidance of the Youth Lodge Coordinator to meet the direct care and life skills needs of the Youth Lodge residents.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Child Psychology or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 4 years of experience working within the field of Human Services, and at least two years direct care an/or case management experience in a community service agency. Candidates must be knowledgeable of the Native American Indian culture, values, and family systems. Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
