The MNWCA is an association made up of member organizations. YIPA negotiated a PARENT membership fee of $1000, paid by MNWCA, on behalf of all its member orgs. All MNWCA member orgs are YIPA members under this umbrella. They include: 1. Anoka County Job Training Center 2. Central MN Jobs and Training Services 3. City of Minneapolis Employment and Training 4.City of Duluth/Workforce Development 5. Northeast MN Office of Job Training 6. Ramsey County Workforce Solutions 7. Rural MN CEP 8. Stearns-Benton Employment and Training Council 9. Washington County Workforce Center It is the mission of the Minnesota Workforce Council Association to provide Minnesota with a skilled and competitive workforce through engaged and proactive local elected officials, workforce boards, and One-Stop partners.
