Moe’s Transitional is a traditional group home. The program provides 24 hour community based group living arrangement for seven males between ages 12-18 years old, who are having difficulties with their families, school, and in the community. The ultimate goal for the program is modification of delinquent behavior, developmental, physical, emotional, social, educational, intellectual and spiritual needs of at risk youth. Our vision is to return client to their community, protect youth/adult resident (s) from danger, and development of appropriate long-term for youth/adult resident (s) for whom family reunification is not possible. Moe’s Transitional Living Center has a purpose to provide a continuum of effective services that facilitate healing and growth for developmental, emotionally and behaviorally at risk youth/adult resident and families, to prepare them for successful community living.
