Jim Keenan and his staff have been providing individuals, couples, and families with quality emotional wellness services since 1996. We are proud of our dedicated and talented staff of highly skilled Mental Health Professionals and Mental Health Practitioners. Our motto is the sum of its mission: All things in life are better when done with the support of powerful relationships. We offer outpatient therapy and Children's Mental Health Case Management services. Our services are voluntary and support families of children ages 13-18 yrs old with a mental health diagnosis living in Hennepin County. A current diagnostic assessment (within 6 months) is required to begin services. If a client needs a recent evaluation, a clinician at P.O.R. can complete one. Referrals can be made directly to P.O.R. by faxing in a referral and R.O.I. (links to the form on our website) or calling our office (extension 1).
