​​The mission of the WI Balance of State CoC is to end homelessness by supporting local coalitions throughout Wisconsin. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization supporting all the counties in Wisconsin, except Dane, Milwaukee, and Racine. Our membership is comprised of agencies who serve, support and care about those experiencing homelessness.
