Enhancing Educational Opportunities Through Interdistrict Cooperation Goodhue County Education District is a collaboration of six southeastern Minnesota school districts: Cannon Falls, Goodhue, Kenyon-Wanamingo, Lake City, Red Wing, and Zumbrota-Mazeppa. Our primary focus is to build capacity and to support staff members countywide to ensure effective and culturally responsive instruction, a critical predictor of student outcomes. ​ As a district, we are committed to the success of all students by ensuring access to high-quality instruction responsive to their needs and delivered by effective and culturally responsive educators.
