The Boys and Girls Club of Kumeyaay Nation Wellness (BGCKNW), operated through Southern Indian Health Council Inc., offers youth ages 6-19 from the Tribal Reservations a welcoming place to spend time after school, during school holiday breaks, and over the summer. The club located on the La Posta Reservation is the first Native Services Boys and Girls Club established in California. BGC mission statement: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The vision of the Boys & Girls Club of Kumeyaay Nation Wellness is to be a safe place where kids can be who they are and become who they are meant to be while learning healthy life skills. Membership is free for Native families!
