Thief River Falls Public Schools ISD 564 One program of the district (Melora's program) is Little Brother Little Sister of Pennington County (LBLS) is a youth mentoring program that focuses on the needs of the children ages 4-18. The mission of LBLS is to build a relationship between a child and an adult mentor who will be an advisor and friend on the journey to adulthood. Our goal at LBLS is to provide a relationship that values and supports our youth. Mentoring relationships have proven to prevent juvenile crime, increase school success, and decrease juvenile depression. Our children are our future and it’s never too late to invest in them.
