Since our first Lewis House shelter opened its doors in 1979, we expanded our violence prevention and intervention services to include two shelters, sexual assault services, outreach advocacy, and educational services. We partner with law enforcement agencies, educational institutions, faith communities, and other service organizations to equip individuals in Dakota County with the tools to combat domestic and sexual violence and support survivors. 360 Communities’ school success programs engage children from birth to high school graduation to ensure school readiness and success. Our two programs, Child Care Aware and Partners for Success provide the support and resources needed so that all children have the opportunity to succeed in school and beyond. 360 Communities Family Resource Centers in Burnsville and Rosemount promote healthy, self-directed and supported families. Our network of five food shelves offer healthy choice shopping and referrals to other 360 Communities programming and resources.
